Seo Taiji Announces ‘Christmalowin’ Show, Confirms Comeback on October 18

After much speculation, it has finally been officially announced that the father of K-pop himself, Seo Taiji, will be making his big comeback on October 18th.

It has just been announced that after 5 years away from the stage, Seo Taiji will be reappearing on the K-pop scene with a massive concert titled, “Christmalowin” in mid-October.

On September 1st, Seo Taiji’s company stated, “As a prelude to his comeback, Seo Taiji will host a comeback performance, ‘Christmalowin,’ at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul on October 18th.”

In addition to his new songs, Seo Taiji will also be performing the hits from his 20-year career, including, “Hayeoga,” “Come Back Home,” “Classroom Idea,” “To You,” and more.

The concert is expected to be “blockbuster” in scale, with superior sound, sets, and everything else. Apparently, Seo Taiji will be using JBL VTX Speakers, the same speaker system used by Metallica.

The title of the performance, “Christmalowin,” comes from the combination of “Christmas” and “Halloween” in order to create a new type of music festival.

Known for his brilliant performances, Seo Taiji is attracting the attention of the entire music industry for this upcoming “festival,” where everyone is expecting him to display the highest level of performances.
