Texas MooMoos rejoice, because MAMAMOO is coming to Austin.
It has just been announced that the vocal quartet will be performing at this year’s K-pop showcase at SXSW.
A representative from the group’s entertainment company stated, “It is an honor to participate in an international music festival just two years after debut.”
The representative continued, “The group will do everything they can to put on a performance worthy of representing Korea.”
SXSW takes place in Austin every year in March and attracts both big name artists and up-and-comers from all over the world. This year will be the fourth year running for the K-pop showcase, which has played host to the likes of f(x), Jay Park, Hyuna, Crayon Pop, and more.
