Last week, the SXSW music festival in Austin, Texas hosted its third annual “K-pop Night Out” showcase featuring some of Korea’s biggest names.
One of those big names was Crayon Pop. Perhaps one of the most internationally famous groups in K-pop, the group made that big name for themselves with the release of their breakout single “Bar Bar Bar.”
Their unique concept and tightly choreographed music video for “Bar Bar Bar” earned Crayon Pop attention from people all over the world, and the group was eventually picked up by Lady Gaga as an opening act for her Artpop Ball tour.
We’ll have the full interview up soon enough, but until then, here’s a little preview to tie you over.
