Kpop legend Uhm Jung Hwa has announced she will be returning with her tenth album The Cloud Dream of the Nine on the 27th of December.
Uhm Jung Hwa debuted back in 1993 and is well known for both her musical and acting talents. Her most recent release was “D.I.S.C.O” featuring TOP back in 2008.
