On October 11, it was reported that on October 10 Red Velvet members Seulgi and Yeri were involved in a minor car accident.
SM Entertainment made a short statement on the matter, saying “As they were headed back to their dormitory after their break around 10pm last night, Seulgi and Yeri suffered contusions and minor injuries due to the wreck caused by their taxi driver hitting a garbage truck out of carelessness.”
The representative from SM continued, “The two went to the hospital immediately to receive treatment, and are currently resting at their dorm. For the moment they will halt activities to focus on their recovery.”
Here’s to hoping for a quick recovery for Yeri and Seulgi as they wrap up their “Russian Roulette” promotions.
