Early today, Niel dropped a surprise teaser on Teen Top fans.
Having made his solo debut a few months ago, Niel has just released another solo teaser, this time with a much lighter feel.
Niel will be releasing a repackaged version of his solo album, “oNIELy” with the lead single, “Spring Love.”
