MONSTA X and WJSN to Form Co-Ed Unit Project ‘Y Teen’

Starship Entertainment has just announced a new project called “Y Teen,” which will consist of 14 members: 7 boys from MONSTA X and 7 girls from WJSN.

Y Teen promises to bring a refreshing change to the Kpop scene with the co-ed collaboration of the two rookie groups.

MONSTA X has been gaining a lot of attention as the new boy group full of charisma and powerful performances while WJSN is known for their innocent and bright visual. 

According to one representative from the company, Y Teen plans to promote as brand model, but they will also be releasing digital music and music videos like normal idol group. 

Y Teen will be officially introduced to the public with a new song and accompanying music video this month, and will start full promotions from there.
