KBS Reveals Lineup of 21 Groups for End of the Year Awards Ceremony

KBS has just released their insanely huge roster for their upcoming end of the year music awards ceremony, and the pulic’s expectations have just soared through the atmosphere.

On December 19th, the broadcast company announced the full lineup for their end of the year awards ceremony, and it is stacked.

The lineup was reportedly chosen based upon record sales, broadcast points, and chart positions from this year.

Artists performing at this year’s ceremony, which takes place December 26th, include EXO, Girls’ Generation, Apink, VIXX, Infinite, BTS, Block B, B1A4, SISTAR, AOA, Secret, 2PM, CNBLUE, B2ST, Teen Top, Soyu X Junggigo, San E & Raina, Fly to the Sky, Ailee, and more.

Much attention is being drawn to the fact that this will be Girls’ Generation’s first performance in Korea with only 8 members now that Jessica has left the group. The group recently held a solo concert at Tokyo Dome in Japan, but has yet to debut an 8-member front in Korea yet, heightening anticipation for the awards ceremony.

The ceremony itself will be hosted by Taecyeon of 2PM, Yoona of Girls’ Generation, and comedia Lee Hwijae.
